How it works

Subscribe. Queue.
Ship.

The same model that made design subscriptions work, applied to the job that decides whether anyone hears about your product.

1

Subscribe

Pick a plan and you're onboarded within a day. You get a shared board and a direct line to me.

2

Queue your priorities

Add as many as you want: a launch, a positioning reset, a paid funnel, a partnership push. Reorder them anytime.

3

Ship every week

One priority is active at a time. Finished work lands every week until it's done, then the next one starts.

What you can queue

If it creates demand,
it goes in the queue.

Strategy and the finished work that comes out of it. Not a deck of recommendations you have to execute yourself.

ICP & buyer personas Positioning Messaging framework GTM & launch plans Channel plan & budget Competitive teardowns Paid acquisition funnels Landing page copy Email sequences Content systems Partnership campaigns Community growth Pricing & offer structure Funnel & conversion audits Reporting dashboards Agency & vendor oversight

New clients usually start with the three highlighted items. Every later priority depends on them.

Membership

A CMO without
the overhead.

A full-time CMO costs $250k or more before equity, recruiting fees, and the six months it takes to find one.

01

Fixed monthly rate

One price every month. No hourly billing, no scope creep invoices.

02

Senior judgment

Every decision comes from someone who has run marketing at a funded protocol, not a junior account manager.

03

AI-run execution

Agents handle production under my direction, which is how one person delivers the output of a small team.

04

Async by default

A shared board, one strategy call a week, and Telegram for anything urgent. No meeting creep.

05

Pause anytime

Quiet month? Pause the subscription and keep your unused days for later.

06

Everything is yours

All strategy, copy, and assets belong to you, including after you cancel.

Who you work with

You work directly with me.

I'm Kirk Dunkley. I've spent eight years leading marketing for crypto and tech companies, including the CMO role at Unizen, where TVL grew from $50M to $117M, and a pre-launch campaign that brought in more than 30,000 signups.

Demand Club takes a small number of clients at a time. There's no handoff to a junior team and nothing outsourced. You get my judgment on every priority, with AI handling the production work underneath it.

FAQ

Questions.

What counts as a priority?+

A defined outcome with a finish line, such as a token launch campaign, a positioning reset, or a paid funnel built and running. Large priorities are broken into weekly deliverables so you see progress every week.

Why only one priority at a time?+

Because marketing that tries to do everything at once ships nothing well. One active priority keeps the work focused and the quality high. Your queue can be as long as you like, and you can reorder it whenever your plans change.

What does "AI-run execution" mean in practice?+

I set the strategy, write the briefs, and review everything. AI agents handle production work like drafts, research, variations, and reporting. Nothing reaches you without my sign-off, and nothing goes public without yours.

Who will I actually work with?+

Me, directly, for the whole engagement. There are no account managers and no subcontracted designers or writers.

How does pausing work?+

Billing runs in 31-day cycles. If you pause after 20 days, you keep the remaining 11 to use whenever you come back.

Do you manage our ad spend or team?+

I build and optimize campaigns, but ad spend is paid directly by you to the platform. I can direct contractors and agencies you already work with. Managing full-time employees is outside the subscription.

What if I'm not sure this fits?+

Start with Foundations. It's a fixed two-week project with a clear deliverable, and the full $2,500 is credited toward your first month if you continue.

Are there refunds?+

Completed work isn't refundable, but you can pause or cancel at any time with no notice period.
